Included in the evening will be our pianist performing on our Steinway grand piano to add ambiance and charm to the experience.

To start your meal, our Valentine’s Dinner Buffet will include a selection of freshly-baked artisanal breads and rolls made in our in-house bakery. Create your own romaine and mesclun salads or enjoy one of our popular Manor recipe soups–cream of mushroom and lobster bisque. Also select from a variety of vegetarian-friendly grain and pasta salads. Other items such as shrimp, oysters, and tomato and mozzarella will also be presented.
Enjoy The Manor’s steamed Maine lobster station, prepared to order and presented in halves with drawn butter. Visit our live pasta station with a wide selection of ingredients to add, made à la minute to your choosing. Allow us to carve for you prime rib and turkey breast. Our “South Asian Station” will feature items including paneer tikka, fragrant biryani rice, and naan. Also choose from seafood items such as stuffed clams, Prince Edward Island mussels, shrimp- and crab-stuffed sole, as well as a special shrimp & grits dish. Also other protein dishes will include bacon-wrapped pork loin, pulled pork sliders, chicken marsala, and Peking duck. Rounding out selections, accompaniments will include grilled vegetables, roasted red potatoes, and eggplant parmesan.
Also included for a proper finish to any Manor holiday meal is our full Viennese-style dessert display with a range of Manor-made fresh pastries and delightful sweets including individual-sized cheesecakes, chocolate mousse cakes, fruit tartlets, crème brûlée, assorted fresh fruits and berries, ice cream, and more.
Hot coffee and hot tea are also included in your meal.
