Via George Washington Bridge or Lincoln Tunnel:

Via Holland Tunnel:

FROM STATEN ISLAND

Via Goethals Bridge or Outerbridge Crossing:
Follow the signs to the NJ Turnpike North and exit at 15W. Travel west on Interstate 280 for approximately 7.5 miles to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue North. Travel on Prospect Avenue north for 1.3 miles. The Manor entrance is on the left-hand side.

FROM NEWARK AIRPORT

Follow the signs to the NJ Turnpike North and exit at 15W. Travel west on Interstate 280 for approximately 7.5 miles to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue North. Travel on Prospect Avenue north for 1.3 miles. The Manor entrance is on the left-hand side.

FROM POINTS WEST

Locate Interstate 280, which is Exit 47A off Route 80 eastbound in Parsippany. Follow 280 East 8.1 miles and proceed to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue North. Travel on Prospect Avenue north for 1.5 miles. The Manor entrance is on the left-hand side.

FROM POINTS NORTH & SOUTH:

Garden State Parkway or NJ Turnpike:
Locate the Garden State Parkway and travel to Exit 145 following the signs to Route 280 West. Travel on Route 280 west 3.6 miles to Exit 8B. Travel on Prospect Avenue north for 1.3 miles. The Manor entrance is on the left-hand side. OR: Locate the NJ Turnpike and travel to Exit 15W. Travel west on Interstate 280 for approximately 7.5 miles to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue North.
