Actions We Are Taking Regarding Covid-19
FOR GUESTS AND VISITORS OF THE MANOR:
Updated January 10, 2023
The Manor continues to follow the current recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and the West Orange Department of Health, as well as the most recent guidelines provided by the State of New Jersey that have eased pandemic restrictions on venues such as ours. These include the lifting of outdoor and indoor mask mandates, removal of the requirement for six-foot social distancing, and ending the prohibitions on number of guests permitted to gather together.
The Manor currently maintains a “mask optional” policy for guests as well as employees, encouraging each individual to follow the practices for which they feel is most personally appropriate.
Standard health and safety practices continue to be enforced for our staff, with mandatory self-reporting of any potential illness required and testing in instances where appropriate. Stringent cleaning and sanitization practices continue.
*That said, we encourage you to also directly inquire with the host of the event to which you were invited to attend, to confirm if your host has any specific requests or precautions beyond the State’s and/or The Manor’s general policies.
As always, if, at the time of your arrival, you are experiencing any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other Covid-19-related ailments, and/or have had known exposure to any individuals with the illness or its symptoms in recent days, we ask that you please opt to not attend.
