Customer Care Policy

We maintain a strict privacy policy and keep all our clients’ information confidential. In consideration of others, we ask that you please turn all cellular phones to silent, and that you make or take any necessary calls outside the dining areas.

The Manor’s Dress Code Policy

Although the restaurant does not enforce a strict dress code, business casual is the theme. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear jackets. Shorts, sneakers, t-shirts and ripped jeans are not appropriate where others might be celebrating a special occasion.

Gratuity Policy

Please note that gratuities are not included on the bill unless otherwise noted. Parties of six or more (in the main dining rooms or for a special function/banquet) are normally subject to an automatic service/gratuity charge though all facts in this regard will be properly displayed and/or discussed.
