MOTHER'S DAY DINING

*In order to be prepared with optimistic hopes that COVID-19 restrictions will be eased following a reduced risk to public health and safety, we’re accepting tentative reservations for all the guests who have been inquiring about Mother’s Day dining. We will be following all federal and state guidelines as it relates to business operations. Details are as yet unknown for May but we are thinking positive. However, in the event restrictions are not lifted or it is still unsafe due to COVID-19 to host our Mother’s Day buffet, you will be contacted personally and released without penatly from your reservation. The Manor’s lavish Mother’s Day Buffet is the perfect choice for celebrating this special holiday with family. Our Mother’s Day Buffet will feature an extensive selection of traditional Manor specialties hosted in our fine mahogany paneled Imperial Ballroom and Starlight Gardens with its towering vaulted sun-lit glass ceiling. Choose from our traditional Manor Brunch Buffet or our Family Dinner Buffet.

FEATURED BRUNCH MENU ITEMS

Enjoy a wide selection of hot and cold food items typical of our famous brunch buffet.

At the carving station, enjoy prime rib, roasted leg of lamb, baked ham, and turkey breast.

At the omelet station, choose from of options made-to-order such as ham, cheese, onions, spinach, shrimp, sweet peppers, and mushrooms.

Other hot items include waffles, bacon, breakfast sausage, home-fried potatoes, blueberry and cheese blintzes, quiche, mixed grilled vegetables, eggplant parmigiana, chef’s selection of pasta, and more.

Also enjoy assorted cold appetizers such as mozzarella and tomatoes, pasta salads, grain salads, and assorted cheeses to name a few. An assortment of freshly-baked Manor-made bread and rolls will also be presented.

Chicken fingers, French fries, and scrambled eggs will be included as well for the children.

For dessert, enjoy a selection of dessert pastries and sweets presented Viennese-style.

For adults, brunch also includes one complimentary mimosa or sparkling cider.

Hot coffee, hot tea and milk are also included in your meal. (All other beverages are extra.)

FEATURED DINNER MENU ITEMS

To start your meal, our Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet will include a selection of freshly-baked artisanal breads and rolls made in our in-house bakery. Create your own romaine and mesclun salads or enjoy one of our popular Manor recipe soups–cream of mushroom and lobster bisque. Also select from a variety of vegetarian-friendly grain and pasta salads. Other items such as shrimp, oysters, and tomato and mozzarella will also be presented.

Allow us to carve for you prime rib, leg of lamb, ham, and turkey breast. Among other hot dishes, choose from our chef’s choice of chicken, fish, and pasta creations. Rounding out the selections, accompaniments will include mixed grilled vegetables, potato puree, and eggplant parmesan.

Also included for a proper finish to any Manor holiday meal is our full Viennese-style dessert display with a range of Manor-made fresh pastries and delightful sweets including individual-sized cheesecakes, chocolate mousse cakes, fruit tartlets, crème brûlée, assorted fresh fruits and berries, ice cream, and more.
