Our founder, Harry Knowles, started with humble beginnings with a dream to create a special environment where people in his community could celebrate important moments of their lives. He’s built that idea into an internally-recognized restaurant and hospitality group, now operated as well by his children and grandchildren with that same ethic of humility, dedication, and service.
